Cedar Stone School of Massage (CSSM) was established in 2000 as a source for Continuing Education for massage therapists and healing arts practitioners. These early programs were focused towards integrating varied cultural approaches to the healing arts. As this program grew, CSSM expanded services to offer massage coursesfor "lay" persons who wanted to share this work with family and friends.
Although expanded, our class content and training continues to explore modalities and philosophies from Native American, African, Oriental and East Indian healing arts. Today, we offer full massage therapy certification program for professional therapists. The professional program continues to focus of integrating varied cultural approaches to massage and bodywork while fulfilling national certification requirements.
CSSM is committed to providing an excellent and practical massage therapy education to students of all levels. The school consists of a 3000 square foot facility housing 2 classrooms, 2 therapy rooms, a small library, break area, and administrative office.
