I have spent the last seven years improving my health and life style. This came full circle when I decided to invest in myself even further becoming a licensed massage therapist. I've turned my massage focus mainly to athletes. Myself a competitive athlete, I understand the need for a strong foundation. In order to achieve a strong and healthy foundation, we must let our bodies recover.

Massage is one of the best ways to recover from and prepare for intense training or competition. Whether it's an actual pre/post event sports massage or a relaxing swedish massage, the result will be reduced inflammation, increased blood flow, better range of motion and relief of sore overused muscles. My intent is not just to give you a massage. It is also to help you be a better athlete.
