My goal is to create an evolving client partnership, through massage and therapeutic bodywork resulting in exceptional levels of well-being for my clients. Nae Pearson, LMT, owner and principal massage therapist, provides clients with expert, mindful massage services to support and enhance individual fitness and wellness goals.
Services
Nae Pearson is a licensed & nationally certified massage therapist who completed training at the Potomac Massage Training Institute.
Following his initial training and certification, he has become a certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant with American Fitness Professionals & Associates.
Nae has completed further certification in holistic nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
Enthusiastic about the benefits of massage and wellness, you will often find Nae coaxing ambivalent strangers into seated massage chairs at events like NIH Caregivers Day or massaging runners after local races.
We require cancellation notice of 24 hours to avoid a full charge the missed appointment.
Lateness may result in the appointment ending at the originally scheduled time and full fee charged.
Swedish Massage is a relaxing, therapeutic style of bodywork.
Utilizing a variety of strokes such as rolling, kneading and percussion combined with oils or lotion, Swedish massage results in improved circulation in the body.
Benefits include: relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
As a professionally licensed massage therapist in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia, you can expect and will receive the finest therapeutic massage and bodywork in the comfort of your own home, in the hospital, or hospice setting.
I have been successfully serving "at home" clients both privately and as a contractor for a major medical contractor since 2012.
I specialize in premier services for geriatric clientele.
I employ a wide variety of techniques in my carefully crafted sessions based on the client's specific needs and desired outcomes.
As an equestrian for over 40 years, and as a licensed massage therapist (human) with over 800 hours of specialized training, I am pleased to be expanding my practice to include therapeutic practices in both Equine and Canine care.
This work has already begun to transform my own riding experiences with my 16 year-old quarter horse, Shadow, who I trail-ride expressly for pleasure.
While she is not a high performance horse, like those used in the show-ring or other events, it is still of utmost importance to me that she move comfortably and with ease and that she is free from physical and anatomical issues that affect her overall wellbeing.
