Full body table massage services in a comfortable, casual private home environment in Northeast DC. Ben grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and has always had an interest in improving the environment around him through social interaction, constructive communication, and mindful touch. He moved to DC in 2005 armed with a BA in communications where he gained experience working in nonprofit management, finance, and customer services.
In 2013, Ben decided to change careers, and follow his interest in holistic health and mindful touch to the Potomac Massage Training Institute. He graduated in 2015, with rigorous training in relaxation and deep tissue massage, and since has pursued further training in myofascial release and Reiki. Drawing on these modalities, and often integrating essential oils, Ben works with each client as an individual to establish a clear therapeutic plan for the session, or for a set of sessions over time.
He relies on his communication skills and training to translate the techniques of massage therapy into an experience of being on the table.

Services
As a licensed massage therapist, I integrate relaxation, deep tissue, and myofascial massage techniques to soft tissues with the intention of improving circulation, digestion, immunity, flexibility, breathing, posture, and general health; reducing stress and anxiety; increasing clarity and body awareness; increasing energy; and focusing on a greater sense of the mind-body connection.
I do not diagnose, prescribe medications, or manipulate/adjust human skeletal structures.
