You should expect a comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing experience.
A typical full body massage will work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders.
The first session will be slightly longer to allow time for paperwork, questions, massage, and discussion.
You will be asked questions about your physical condition, medical history, and stress level.
We will then discuss your concerns, your goals and develop a game plan.
This will include what areas of the body will be worked on, how to get on the table, choose the tools (oils/lotions/scents/music) to be used, and answer any additional questions you may have.
