My name is Lisa Dillon, and I have always had a love for dogs. I was looking for a dog that would be my running partner, and rescued my Weimaraner, Brady. I wanted him to be active with me as long as possible, which drew me to massage. I studied and received a certification of Canine Massage Therapy at Integrated Touch Therapy in Circleville, Ohio.

In addition, I am certified in pet CPR/First Aid and Reiki level I & II. Reiki is an excellent addition to massage. I am also a Level I certified Aromatherapist. It is very gratifying to see a dog move freely after being worked on. I firmly believe that holistic care and massage will enhance your dog, physically and mentally. Let me help you keep your canine companion healthy and happy!
Services
Canine massage can be offered for relaxation, rehabilitation, or competition - "sports massage" - purposes.
Provide relief from chronic pain and discomfort from arthritis, hip dysplasia, etc. through the release of endorphins.
In addition, canine massage can provide emotional well-being for the animal.
Massage therapist often work with animals to calm hyperactivity, anxiousness, and nervousness.
We all know that wonderful feeling of relaxation you get after a really good massage, but massage therapy can do so much more than that - and it's not just for humans.
Canine massage provides a wide range of physical and psychological benefits for your dog.
Massage is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, which is a huge plus for any dog and especially helpful for pups that are easily stressed or worried.
Just like humans who experience anxiety, anxious dogs can benefit from a consistent, reassuring routine.
Aromatherapy for dogs is when essentials oils are used therapeutically to treat behavioral and physical problems.
The practice of aromatherapy involves the careful combination of several oils for a certain healing purpose to help improve a dog's overall health and well-being.
Aromatherapy targets the brain's limbic system, which is responsible for regulating emotions and mood.
Using essential oils can be done in two ways, inhaling through the nose, or absorbing through topical application.
There are occasional instances where essential oils are taken orally, but it's not too common to use essential oils this way.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) energy healing is a gentle, painless, yet powerful modality that works on animals and humans alike.
Reiki can be used in conjunction with all other holistic medical or therapeutic techniques as well as with traditional medical treatments to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
It is a common misconception that Reiki energy is just for sick or injured animals.
While Reiki energy can be used on a sick or injured dog, it can also be used as a preventative to any potential illness or ailment or to maintain the general well-being of a dog.
I had been thinking about canine massage for a while for my 12 yr old Brussels Griffon, Dobby.
I wanted to do something to spoil her that was also beneficial for her.
Enter Lisa Dillon.
She literally fell into my lap right as I was thinking about this.
I decided to meet her and try out 1 massage.
Dobby really took to her calm and easy going demeanor so I purchased a 5 massage package.
We are 4 in and I can tell a difference in Dobby especially I'm her hind quarters and when she goes up and down the stairs.
