Traditional Swedish massage combining stroking and kneading is used to relieve muscle tension, stimulate circulation, and relax the mind and body.

A variety of techniques such as trigger point, neuromuscular, cross-fiber friction, stretching, and myofascial release may be used to provide you with the desired result.
Request light, medium or deep pressure.
This customized massage focuses on specific muscle regions rather than the whole body.
