Pro Spine and Sport, LLC began in 2013 with a vision of healthcare unique to the Rogue Valley.
With health and fitness as the main priority, Pro Spine and Sport began out of a 1 room office focusing on treating the patient as a whole, not a set of symptoms.
Today, Pro Spine and Sport has grown to 2 locations where they can better treat and accommodate their patients and clients.
At both locations, they offer a full range of services including chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and massage therapy.

Chiropractic manipulative therapy (CMT) is what most people consider chiropractic to be.
It involves high velocity, low amplitude adjustments (manipulation) to dysfunctional joints.
An adjustment has multiple effects on the joints and surrounding areas, including one of which is its ability to decrease pain.
When something hurts, the pain receptors in our nervous system can become overreactive and an adjustment has been shown to decrease the hypersensitivity of pain receptors, meaning it can block pain.
