Come see me and I'll help you gain new energy and flexibility with treatments that are gentle, relaxing and designed to get to the cause of the problem. I've been an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist in Medford since 2001 and am trained in several disciplines that I combine in a unique session to help each individual client. I am located in Medford, Oregon.
Medford is an attractive College town surrounded by mountains and is considered the Gateway City to Crater Lake National Park, Southern Oregon's wineries, cultural opportunities and spectacular recreation areas. I have studied Himalayan bowl vibrational healing with Master Himalayan Bowl Teacher, Suren Shrestha. Additionally, my background includes more than 25 years experience as a meditation teacher.
In 2001 I graduated as a licensed practitioner of massage specializing in the John Barnes style of Myofascial Release and 13 years as a Pranic Healer (I am the only Certified Associate Pranic Healer in Southern Oregon) along with other alternative healing arts.

Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes.
Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force.
This invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health.
In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi.
It is also called Ruach or the Breath of Life in Hebrew.
Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful & effective system of no-touch energy healing.

Sound healing is a vibrational energy modality used to bring about balance of our physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies.
The human body is made up of electromagnetic vibrations.
Through the use of vibrational energy medicine, sound therapy, and other subtle energy treatments, we can enhance the positive resonance of our body, mind, and spirit.
The intention of the practitioner is to provide the opportunity for the client to relax into the sounds, so that the sound becomes the "carrier wave" upon which their own healing intentions ride.

Traditional massage treatments generally offer 60 minutes sessions.
In my fifteen years as a Licensed Therapist, I have found that 90 minutes sessions allow the body to experience the deepest relaxation resulting in the most beneficial therapeutic results.
My approach is much like that of a physical therapist where we focus on the postural issues which are the most common cause of aches and pain.
For your first appointment please add an additional 30 minutes (at no addition fee) which will allow time to review your health history to better understand and address your current physical condition.
