Since we are a licensed health care provider in the state of Michigan we are also able to accept most Health Savings Accounts.
We will provide an itemized bill on request for flex spending account reimbursement, but will not bill flex spending accounts directly.
We will coordinate with auto insurance, but the patient is liable for any difference between Flat River Medical Massage fees for services and what the auto insurance company chooses to pay.
Should you cancel your visit less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment.
