We cannot accommodate couples massages at this time. If you are looking for a well trained massage therapist that knows how to fix stuff! YOU'VE FOUND YOUR NEW PERSON! We are structured more for pain relief, injury recovery, etc. Our sessions are geared towards resolving pain/dysfunction and can be very targeted unlike a full body massage. Just need an overall maintenance/full body deep tissue?
We can do that too! Reiki, Craniosacral, Raindrop, Reflexology, Ionic Foot Baths, Nutrition, Doula services and Aromatherapy. I am a 2011 Baker College graduate with an Associates in Massage Therapy. I am also certified in Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I provide therapeutic client-focused care and my sessions begin with a thorough intake form and a solid foundation of communication.
I focus on postural correction, pain management and injury recovery, using a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point and/or cupping. Each body is unique and I create an approach that is tailored to each individual client.

Services
This is your massage session, and it is what you make of it.
Please don't hesitate to speak up during any session.
If you want anything changed (pressure, areas worked, position, or if you are too hot or too cold), your therapist is happy to do what she can to ensure your comfort.
You will not hurt the therapist's feelings by asking for something that will make you more comfortable.
Your therapist wants this to be the best experience possible for you.
What you need or want in one session, may be different in another.

Even the smoothest of pregnancies can come with an achy back, swollen hands and feet and heartburn.
During pregnancy, a woman's body undergoes tremendous changes and some of these changes result in a number of uncomfortable conditions.
Pregnancy massage can help alleviate many of these complaints by reducing anxiety, relieving muscular aches and joint pain, stimulating tissues to reduce collection of fluid in swollen joints, and helping inflamed nerves by releasing tension on the muscles.

It is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex areas on your feet, hands and head that correspond to each part of your body, organs and glands.
For example, reflexology holds that a specific spot in the arch of the foot corresponds to the bladder.
When a reflexologist uses thumbs or fingers to apply appropriate pressure to this area, it may affect bladder functioning.
Reflexologists use foot maps to guide their work.
