Lash services cannot be "squeezed" in and require the full allotted appointment time.

3. REDO POLICY- Clients have 1 week to contact us with any complaints about their lash extensions.
During this time we will offer you a REDO.
After the 1 week period, we cannot offer a REDO.

Showing up for scheduled appointments is imperative for small businesses and the service providers that work for them to succeed.
We understand that things come up but ask that you respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
Appointments that are not canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice or a client no-call, no-shows for a scheduled appointment, a $25 charge will be applied to the credit card used to book the appointment and you will be required to pre-pay in full for all future appointments.
