Unfortunately, it has become way too common for clients to no-show for their appointments with us.
It is extremely difficult to fill in spots last minute and while we understand emergencies happen, last minute no shows/cancellations/late arrivals make it very difficult for us to maintain our daily schedule on time.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment by 24 hours beforehand, there will be no charge.
If you cancel same day, there will be a charge equal to 75% of the cost of your service(s).
