If appointments are not cancelled within 24hrs, or if there is a no-call, no-show.
Individuals will be charged an inconvenience fee of $15 for 40 min session, $20 for 60 min session, $25 for 75 min or if a T.L.C session is booked; half the session cost.
Until paid, no other services can be booked in person or through the online booking system.
I am adamant about the intake and outtake process, due to that I am a little in depth per client and can take about 5 minutes to listen to your wellness concerns and questions before and after your massage session.
