We open each session with a hot towel compress from hips to shoulders. The compress includes our proprietary blend of essential oils selected to help your mind and body begin relaxing. We also diffuse our oil blend throughout the session to create a calming and pleasant atmosphere. Every body is different. For some, lighter pressure allows the body to relax; others need more force to penetrate deep muscle fibers.
We are highly adaptable - your comfort is always our priority. We discuss preferences and need before every session and will check in throughout to make sure you are always getting the depth of work you want! After each session, we let you know what we found! Because pain is often referred from another muscle, people may spend time stretching, heating, and massaging areas that are not the cause of the pain.
