I specialize in intuitive, healing fascial therapy, informed by my understanding of anatomy and a passion for optimizing well-being. After founding Mochi, I've had the incredible privilege of doing this work, alongside a team of talented therapists, for over a decade. This means we have worked with thousands of clients in corporate and studio environments.

OMG, thousands! Mochi is a wellness project that has proven itself to be ever-evolving. One thing that doesn't change is the why. The mission remains the same: to facilitate awareness, connection and healing between you and the body in which you inhabit. The resulting positive outcome seems localized at first, but slowly ripples out, finding its way into the rest of your life.

The way this works: We work with one client at a time in a soothing space that has been described as 'the perfect place to escape'. At long last, we've got a date for reopening! It's going to be amazing to see your smiling faces again. The new normal comes with some changes in the way that we work, so we're taking a few weeks to make sure everything's ready to go.
