Warrior Massage is not a spa. While it can be nice to have a skilled masseur rub lotion on you while listening to soothing music, Warrior Massage is not about that. It is about treating your pain, and treating the neuromuscular conditions that lead to pain and dysfunction. It is about helping you recover from injury so you can get back to the things you love, and it is about helping you unlock the full potential of the body you live in.

I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2011, and started Warrior Massage in 2013.
As a recreational runner, and former police officer and martial artist, I am acutely aware of how aches and pains can keep you from performing your best - and from fully enjoying everything you do.
I am trained in a variety of techniques and modalities, but my specific approach is best described as muscle-specific deep tissue sports massage.
I have years of experience working on the Washington Sports Massage Team, as well as in an integrated care clinic alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, so I am well-experienced in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, as well as sports conditioning and recovery.

If this is your first appointment, it will include a link to fill out an intake form.

This will ensure that you get to enjoy a full hour of massage and not use some of your time filling out the intake after you arrive.
Also, if it has been more than a year since you have completed an intake, you will also be asked to complete a new intake in order to comply with standards of care and Department of Health regulations.
