I attended Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, where I received 1,200 hours of training and the distinction of being a Medical Esthetician. I have worked for both a day spa as well as a plastic surgeon's office. In both places, I was able to help people's skin transform with facials, advanced skin care and proper home use products. Massage is an important part of my facials and my clients commented about how good it felt including relieving head aches and stiff necks.
I thought if massaging the face, neck and shoulders produced such a great result, imagine what an hour dedicated to relieving muscle pain and aches. So, I decided to return to school and receive my license in Massage Therapy to address muscular tension from stress and injury.

Addresses the tissues on a deeper level through the integration of techniques to lengthen and soften muscle, releasing chronic holding patterns.
During this wonderfully therapeutic treatment warm 'volcanic' stones become an extension of the therapist's hands delivering relief to tight muscles and painful joints.
