What started off as an idea, followed by hard work and determination, turned into a business I am very proud of. Total Serenity opened its doors in January of 2008 in a little office in the Audabon neighborhood. In August of 2011 then moved to the current locaion upstairs from Quigley Chiropractic. At Total Serenity I specialize in Pain Relief. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Orthopedic, Myofacial, & Pregnancy Massage.
