There is a Cancellation and No-Show policy.
You do have to give me a 24hr notice of canceling.
Failure to contact me will result in a Fee of $25.
Please know that your massage appointment is reserved for you.
Not giving your therapist a notice does not allow me to book another client for your chosen time.
Yes, there is a shower located in the waiting area where the spa is located.
You must bring your own shower necessities such as shampoo and soap and blow dryer towels etc.
