I have known my entire life that my purpose is to help others.
I attended high school at Sheldon High School here in Sacramento.
There I became a part of the Students Helping Student conflict management/resolution team, Student Government, and Friday Night Live programs.
I joined each of these programs to help to make the experience of high school enjoyable for my fellow students.
High school years are also where I learned the power of my touch.
I would spend my spare time giving friends back massages during lunch period and after school.

Here at Xavier Massage we are known for instructing client to drink water after their sessions.
Our clients are very familiar with the bottles of water in the picture below.
Each client receives one after their appointment to make sure that they are increasing their water intake.
Why do we do this?
While you have been relaxing, getting to Zen, and even drooling, your body has been working.
When the therapist is kneading your muscles, they are working fluid through the muscles and back in to the body.
