I have been practicing massage since 2001 and teaching massage since 2004. I graduated with a 1000/hr degree in massage therapy from the Phoenix therapeutic Massage College in 2001. In 2005 I went to Thailand and completed a 240/hr Thai massage teacher training program from the Institute of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand. I have taught massage classes for years at the Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College, Cortiva Institute, and the Southwest Institute of Healing arts at both Tempe & Flagstaff campuses.
I have taught a wide range of classes from Sports Massage, Sports Injury, Thai Massage, TMJ Syndrome, Low Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome & Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Kinesiology, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Neck Release, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Chair Massage, Prenatal, Thai Foot Massage to Reiki. Other healing art modalities I practice and teach are meditation, qigong, yoga and I love playing hand drums.
I bring all these techniques and modalities together to help provide clients with the most effective massage treatment.
