At Hailey Michelle Bodywork you choose how you envision working with me to reach your optimal goals in your physical body. With my experience, I can guide and inform you about treatments that might be best suited to meet your goals. I am both a Massage Therapist and fascial tissue worker through a technique known as resistance stretching. Treatments are tailored in a way where a session can include us working on a mat, a secure board and strap set up, and on the massage table.

I am happy to consult with you about your goals so that we can determine what will give you the best results. If you have never heard of resistance stretching, call me to discuss why I find this to be the most effective treatment for the fascial system. I am results oriented and find a satisfying partnership is when our goals are observably met quickly.

With a heart to heal, I learned from a young age that the body was an integral part of the human experience. Our experience with our body is, in effect, a parallel with how we experience our relationships and surroundings.
