Hippocrates wrote many papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems. Your session will take place in a warm, quiet and comfortable room. Prior to each session, I will ask you a few general health questions to insure your safety and we will discuss exactly what your desired outcome will be from the massage session. Your responses to those questions may help me to concentrate on the areas of your body which I will focus more on during the massage.
You will be at all times properly draped for your warmth and security. As the massage progresses, the work may become deeper and more specific to your needs. I always encourage an open dialogue to ensure the best possible outcome from the massage.
