My fondest memories as a child were enjoying the immense feeling of love, nurturing, and relaxation as my mother would run her fingers through my hair and on my face while I lay my head in her lap. It put me into a deep sleep immediately. I guess you could say it was her little trick into getting me to finally calm my mind and relax my body so I could be carried off to bed.
Many years later, while on my spiritual path, I asked myself How would I be able to bring that same spiritual energy of transformative healing to the general public. How could I offer that same feeling of being 'carried away' that I experienced as a child. Today, this safe place is shared with my partner Steve and my two dogs - Boomer and Tater - at what we call the TreeHouse.
Truth be told, I began my career of 'giving back' long before attending Rainstar University in Scottsdale, AZ in 1999 to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. But it's this 'technical' understanding paired with the energetic, spiritual, and intuitive perspective that played like the ying and yang of powerful healing.
