The Gift Of Touch

At the beginning of my massage therapy career, I was drawn to the medical setting. After earning my associates of occupational studies with a focus on sports and orthopedic massage and receiving a certification in medical massage therapy, I worked for chiropractic and physical therapist offices. For the last six years, I have been incorporating medical and orthopedic massage into almost every massage that I do.

My "style" of massage is very therapeutic, using lots of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretches, incorporated into a relaxing full body massage. I love the challenge of figuring out which techniques will benefit my clients the most! I truly believe in the power of a good massage and know firsthand what a difference it can make. First in foremost, I am a wife and a mother of two young boys and I know how difficult it can be to make time to take care of yourself.
