Our sessions are focused on your needs utilizing some or all of the following forms of massage; medical, swedish, deep tissue, Bowen, AMT, reflexology, and Zero Balance. Ann is an amazing therapist to work with. She's caring and kind and listens to you when you talk to her about what's happening with your body, then she assesses and adjusts her technique to give you the best possible relief she can.
