Sole To Soul Reflexology & Bodywork
Your bodywork is designed to fit your physical, mental, & emotional needs. A combination of healing modalities such as reflexology, craniosacral, massage, and reiki may be used in one session to help the body restore it's natural balance & rhythm. A simple application of dropping essential oils on the skin along the length of the spine. The oils are gently worked into the skin using light strokes which stimulates energy impulses through the nervous system and into the entire body.

Raindrop can be very beneficial in boosting the immune system, breaking up toxins and bacteria/viruses that lay dormant in the body. Raindrop is also known to help balance one's energy, reduce stress, and can be an overall great treatment on its own or in addition to other types of bodywork. A unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate more than 7,200 nerve endings in the feet.

These nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body, including organs and glands. Stimulating the nerve endings in the feet is intended to eliminate energy blockages thought to produce pain or dis-ease in the related areas.

A barefoot massage technique using deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body.
Gravitational force is combined with centrifugal and centripetal movements.
This creates a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage.
Correct application will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body.
Bars are used above the head for support and balance and lubricant is applied to the body.
The root word "Ashi" means foot and "Atsu" means pressure so together they symbolize "foot pressure".
Reflexology is an ancient method of activating the body's inherent healing abilities based on the theory of energy zones.
Energy zones are thought to run through the human body with corresponding reflex point(s) located in/on specific areas of the body and the feet.
Stimulation of these reflex points is thought to assist in maintaining homeostasis.
Some have called reflexology an art.
Others consider it a science.
Effective practice of reflexology requires both: Knowledge of the structure and function of the human body, very specialized skills and techniques, as well as insight and intuition.
Deep tissue massage is one of the most effective and affordable ways of reducing chronic pain.
Deep-tissue massage increases the flow of blood through the body, which will help diminish the inflammation that causes pain.
Deep-tissue massage can also help alleviate muscle tension, which is often a side-effect of chronic pain, by loosening adhesions (a.k.a., knots).
Studies have shown that deep-tissue massage can have an immediate effect on lowering blood pressure levels (both systolic and diastolic).
Raindrop Technique is a simple application of dropping essential oils on the skin along the length of the spine.
The oils are gently worked into the skin using light strokes which stimulates energy impulses through the nervous system and into the entire body.
Essential oils are actually dropped from about 6 inches above your spine, simulating rain drops.
It feels like a rain drop gently striking your spine, and it is very relaxing and comforting.
The oils interact with a person's electric field before even penetrating the skin of the back, which enhances the electromagnetic properties of the oils as well.
Craniosacral Therapy is a system of evaluation and treatment viewing the individual as an integrated totality and utilizing gentle, non-invasive mobilization techniques.
As a result, the application of CST helps to enhance the body's innate healing abilities.
After some years of research, we now know that each of us has a craniosacral system inside that is rhythmically moving all the days we are alive.
We have learned to monitor this craniosacral rhythm with our hands upon almost any part of a human body.
