I draw from my 20 years experience as a massage therapist to give you a customized massage. I like to include Zero Balancing* and cranio sacral techniques, which aide in healing and relaxation. One client reported her experience as.a gentle massage that was at the same time relaxing and energizing. In the end I felt alive. If I think you need more pressure than I can deliver with my hands, I have the option of using my Ashiatsu overhead bars, which enable me to use my feet.
