We provide superb therapeutic massage services in a caring, upscale, professional environment. We offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal as well as Postnatal Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping, Ashiatsu Massage, and Couples Massage. Our goal is to tailor your massage experience based on a thorough initial interview, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
We are mindful of the overall experience - using only high quality massage oils, creams and aromatherapies. All treatment rooms are furnished with electric massage tables. Special lighting, music, decor, and textiles are used throughout the studio to complete the comfortable, plush environment and enhance your overall massage experience. In our practice there is no such thing as the "50-minute hour".
Each client receives a full 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute hands-on session, and we build in plenty of time for discussion and follow-up. You should never feel rushed.

I'm originally from Arkansas but I have lived in Alabama most of my adult life.
I received my training in Montgomery Alabama at the Montgomery School of Bodywork and Massage.
All through high school I worked as a nursing assistant and thought I would one day be a nurse.
I always have had a true passion for helping people so I thought it would be fitting.
After high school though I began thinking of other career options where I could help others but in a more holistic way.

An integrative massage session ranging from medium to deep pressure; trigger point work may be used.
In this massage, the focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints) and on harder-to-find spots like muscle insertions and attachments.
This session is based on Swedish-style massage.

Whenever you book a session within 30 days of your previous session, the subsequent session will be discounted 6.75% So, for example, if you come in every four weeks for a 60-minute profound comfort massage, each session will be just over $5.00 off.
