My name is Rhonda I live in the Castle Rock area where I own and operate a private massage practice, Heavenly Horizons Massage. I've been a massage therapist for nearly 18 years working primarily in chiropractic offices and other private practices. My passion exceeds beyond Therapeutic Massage and into overall wellness. I hold a bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science and enjoy applying what I've learned in the classroom to Massage Therapy.
Helping my patients overcome their mental and physical obstacles is my primary goal - my philosophy encompasses wellness with an individual's mind as well as their body. I have developed an integrative massage that addresses my clients' problem areas in addition to leaving them feeling balanced and rejuvenated. My technique allows me to identify specific muscular needs and address them using a combination of massage styles such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point Therapy.
By incorporating all of these techniques into one treatment, I deliver a corrective massage that is both healing and relaxing.
