This is a session where I incorporate various massage modalities including: Therapeutic Deep Tissue/Sports, Swedish, Orthopedic, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, ect.
I will mix the different massage techniques based on your unique needs and wants for that particular session to session.
Since I am using a variety of different massage techniques, your body will allow the mechanisms of what is called "rest and digest" which will override the stressed out parts of your body that are stuck in 'fight or flight'.
