In addition to the basic massage hours, she has acquired over 1000 hours of continuing education courses covering styles from the firm, deep, vigorous techniques of deep body and tissue work, Swedish, sports massage, structural bodywork, and medical/orthopedic massage to the very gentle techniques of myofascial release, orthobionomy, trager, and lymphatic drainage.
