After several years of private practice, Margaret returned to Blue Ridge to become lead instructor for the courses of Swedish Massage and Integrative Reflexology from 2007 to 2010.

Your session may include elements of deep tissue massage, stretching, myofascial work, aromatherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, hot/cold applications (hot towels, hot/cold stones), and many other modalities.
From lighter pressure, relaxation massage to deep tissue and rehabilitation work, our intention is to create space for healing.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
