We specialize in deep, specific, dynamic muscular balancing so that you may live at your natural best!. My journey has allowed me many opportunities to experience pain and imbalance; this unique perspective fills me with a passion to help others live pain-free. It was a scary way to see the future. I compensated for 10 years until I could go no further.

When I hit that wall, I relearned to walk, speak, write, and so many other 'basic' things. Massage helped me tremendously and I decided it was time to follow the small voice calling me to this work. Russell believes in challenging the paradigm of pain relief and how we look at our body's ability to function. Whether it's a tough case of frozen shoulder or chronic pain, he applies the latest research in pain science and structural integration to address chronic pain conditions.

Russell is a Graduate of the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy and taken advanced training in Cupping, Structural integration, Orthopedic Massage Applications and many more.
Services
I have seen many chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists.
All of these people could help me to some extent, but not to where I could work on the farm without pain for a long period of time.
Since seeing Kelsey and Russell, I have been able to work more and do my daily chores almost pain-free!
Every week it's better and better!
With their massage techniques, they have helped me live a mostly pain-free life and for that I am very thankful.
I have been incredibly impressed with my integrative treatments with Russell.
