Carol provides inner serenity and physical balance through massage, bodywork, and energy healing. She graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 2006 and received her Reiki Master Degree in 2012. Her areas of specialty include deep tissue, pain management, and energy balancing. Her ongoing interests are in functional medicine, nutrition and various forms of physical rehabilitation.
Currently she is researching and practicing the art of sound therapy. A relaxing deep pressure massage using a variety of techniques (passive stretching) to release chronic muscle tension.
