O'Shea Massage Therapy was established in April of 1996 in Roseville, California by Sean O'Shea and has been providing quality massage therapy to Citrus Heights, Roseville, Auburn and greater Sacramento area for over 20 years. Sean quickly built a thriving practice by providing top-of-the-line massage and excellent customer service. The practice was moved into a peaceful Citrus Heights neighborhood in 2002 so Sean could offer his clients the highest comfort level available.
Sean specializes in deep tissue and sports massage, with a knack for solving chronic pain issues. In fact finding holistic ways to help people with pain issues is Sean's passion and gift. He also provides traditional Swedish massage with a variety of pressure to be customized to every clients individual needs. Sean O'Shea has a deep background in physiology and understands the body on a very intricate level from years of education and experience.
In addition to over two decades of private practice, Sean has honed his craft working in a variety of spas, chiropractors and taught at the well known National Holistic Institute for three years.
