This treatment is either a full session of Deep Tissue Massage or a Specialty Massage which could include Myofascial Release, Neuro Muscular Therapy (NMT) - Trigger Point, Sports Massage, and potentially some therapists utilizing cupping, hot stones, and/or reflexology.
