In our welcoming clinic, you'll find a supportive team that's invested in helping you achieve your biggest health goals. We offer holistic education, movement practices, and alternative therapies so you can start feeling better from day one. Aside from all that money spent, untreated chronic health conditions rob us of our time, energy, and comfort.

At Body-Mend, we use natural and effective therapies to address the root cause of chronic conditions so you can live a life without pain. Structural bodywork softens, lengthens, and realigns muscles and connective tissues to improve your overall flexibility and relieve pain. Massage addresses specific musculoskeletal pain issues, relaxes the nervous system, and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

Traditional Chinese medicine is a comprehensive holistic medical system that has stood the test of time - and the test of science. Studies show that acupuncture is effective in treating over 117 common health conditions. Body-Mend Therapies began with a simple mission: to help the Leonardtown community create their own health.

Structural bodywork softens, lengthens, and realigns muscles and connective tissues to improve your overall flexibility and relieve pain.
Massage addresses specific musculoskeletal pain issues, relaxes the nervous system, and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
Though a hands-on approach, we'll apply pressure on muscle tissues and manipulate joints in an attempt to decrease pain caused by muscle spasms, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction in tissues and joints that lack adequate mobility and range of motion.
