I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist and have been in practice three years. I studied at The Body Therapy Center in Swansea, IL. We each offer something that is needed in the world that comes through us unlike the way it comes through any other. Each one of us has unique needs, desires and goals.
I approach each session as an opportunity to work together to design a session that is as individual as you are, using the best tools, techniques, education and encouragement that will bring you the most benefit and balance.
My mission as a massage therapist is to provide a safe environment that supports people in their pursuit of wellness by providing skillful, client-centered bodywork that encourages relaxation, increased bodily and self-awareness, and helps them to attain their goals for physical, emotional and spiritual well being.I started in massage therapy because of my daughter being diagnosed with migraine headaches from a very young age.As a family, we decided a natural and holistic approach to her treatment was the way to go.
