We then use the stretching technique of a PNF stretch to take the muscle to its new length, thus giving you more flexibility.
Pregnancy is a change in a women body physically, mentally and emotionally.
With the constant ongoing changes to the body you will fill a shift in all areas both physical and mental.
Massage can address all changes designed accommodate you at all stages of pregnancy.
I combine Swedish, strain/counterstrain stretches and trigger point into the massage to get the relief you are seeking.

When you make an appointment for a 1 or 1/2 hour massage your time begins when you enter the room.
Massage is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension.
Surcharge on returned checks of $100.00 plus court and recovery fees.
Client is responsible for full payment if insurance does not pay for treatment, also patient is responsible for $45.00 first time charge that will be used toward any deductible, copay or coinsurance, if any monies are left over I will reimburase the remainder to the patient.
