The director, Sandra Papiez, has been in the holistic healing field for over 33 years. She is passionate about empowering clients to increase their self awareness, find balance and access their inner guidance in regards to their best individual self-care.
Over the years she has trained in many forms of therapeutic bodywork, including Polarity, Trager, Somatic Experiencing, Myofascial Release Massage and much more.

Milton Trager, M.D., a legendary pioneer (seen in adjacent photo) in the fields now known as neuroscience and somatic education, originated the Trager Approach at the age of 18 and continued refining it for the rest of his career.
