The Central Mass School was founded in 1970 by John R. St. Jacques, RMT.
Prior to beginning the school, Mr. St.
Jacques established a massage practice at his residence, known as the Pain- Free Clinic in the small town of North Brookfield, Massachusetts.
He continued his education and soon earned a respectful reputation throughout the area.
Mr. St.
Jacques worked very hard and had an unquenchable desire to help people.
As a result, over the years his practice flourished.
His first classes were conducted in the living room of his home.

This means that claimants can continue to collect their Un-employment Insurance benefits while enrolled in an agency approved training.

Personal Care Homemakers assist with housekeeping, shopping, laundry, essential errands, basic meal planning and preparation, and being a companion to a home bound client.
You will learn the basics of client care; anatomy, nutrition, infection control, communication, safety in a homecare setting, and general maintenance of a home environment.
You have the option of concluding your attendance with us at this time or continuing into our Home Health Aide Certificate Program, becoming part of a client's basic Health Care Team.
