Reiki (ray-key) is a system of energy healing that is natural and non-invasive.
The Reiki practitioner may place his/her hands on the client or simply hold them over the client's body.
Reiki can be sent to people over distances and over time.
It is related to other types of energy healing and incorporates aspects of Chinese medicine and Qigong.
The term Reiki is derived from two Japanese words - rei which means universal and ki which means life force.
Ki is the same as the Sanskrit word prana, the Chinese qi or chi, the Hebrew ruah, and the English word spirit.

I recently completed my Certified Crystal Healer course through Hibiscus Moon and am pleased to add this modality to my offerings.

When crystals are placed on the body, either on the chakras for clearing, or in specific grid patterns, then our energies move up to the energy of the crystal.
This process is called Entrainment, which enables healing within our physical and energetic bodies to take place.
