Services
Deep Tissue Massage: The intention is focused on the deeper connective tissue in the body by using much slower, deeper strokes.
This will facilitate a release of tight or tense muscles and fascia.
An assessment of potential postural problems and other identifiers that may have initiated pain patters will precede therapy.
If client desires, self help instructions will be provided to prevent future pain.
This type of massage is also excellent in recovery from injuries.
Pregnancy Massage: Massages offered during the second and third trimester to help relieve nausea, constipation, fatigue, and headaches, indigestion, increases circulation, increases nutrient flow to the placenta, gives relief to joint discomfort, relieves low back & abdominopelvic pain, relieves minor edema, while fetus receives gentle massage and relaxation benefits same as mom!
