From a young age, I have been aware of the healing power of touch. One of my fondest memories was to sit with my mother and brothers and take turns giving one another back massage (while watching our favorite Friday night shows)! Since I was fifteen I have been working outdoors landscaping and gardening. In 2015 my travels brought me to live in San Francisco, where I worked as an attendant and receptionist in a well established spa.
I would watch the clients walk into the main lobby disheveled and stressed and see them leave with a look of relaxation and comfort. Perhaps it was my love to care for plants and flowers that led me to care for and maintain something greater, the human body! In June of 2017 I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT. I have been practicing and expanding my knowledge of different modalities ever since.
I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the "alternatives, " while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
