I received my training at Heritage in Falls Church, VA for a 750 hour program. My training there included the following modalities: Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Sports, Chair, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Trigger Points, Polarity, and Hydrotherapy.
This program was an additional 480 hours which included the following modalities: Connective Tissue, Segment Reflex, Periostal, Stretching, Vibration, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Infant, Geriatric, and Acupressure.
