I received massage therapy after an injury to my neck and back. After getting pain relief from massage, my goal was to help others ease their pain. I enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program at Berkshire Community College. I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage therapist since 2007. Throughout the years, I have taken continuing education classes and learned many different massage modalities, but my specialty is to sensitively work within your pain threshold to treat your body's specific needs.

A full body massage involving long flowing strokes, using light to medium pressure to loosen muscles, and to promote relaxation.
A more focused massage that addresses the individual's specific needs.
The purpose is to release chronic muscle tension or "knots, " by accessing the deeper layers of the muscles.
Due to the nature of the work, open communication is crucial to make sure you do not get too uncomfortable.
