Working with all ages of clients from babies to ninety-year olds, I've been a licensed and certified massage therapist for more than twenty-five years. I guide clients into feeling-and knowing-what their peaceful nervous system feels like, then I support their own internal healing from within that place of peace.

Sometimes, when there is injury or stress, we need gentle support and guidance in remembering how to land peacefully with awareness back in the body.
From this calm landing place, we feel and explore restrictions and holding patterns within the tissues and nervous system.
If the client is interested, we can explore and increase awareness about perceptions that arise and may be connected to those patterns.
With this support, the client can awaken to new possibilities, finding ease and balance.

After becoming a certified and licensed massage therapist in 1990, I began my career as a soigneur for the U.S. Junior and other nationally-ranked, international-racing cycling teams.
Later I worked as a therapist in resorts and chiropractic and healing therapy offices.
Eventually, and for the past 26 years, I have had in my own private practice.
Over time, sports massage and NMT evolved and now includes a quieter listening to the inner conversations of bodymind with Neurovascular Integration (NVI) and Transparency.
