As a Massage Therapist, I offer a variety of different services including but not limited to; Structural Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Massage, Joint Range of Motion, Pelvic Balancing, Pre/Postnatal Massage, In-Home Massage, Weddings Parties, Couples Massage and CBD Oil.

I have always been fascinated by the intricacies of the body.
I officially started studying my passion when I attended Keene State College in New Hampshire, and graduated with a BS in Exercise Science in 2012.
From here, I became a Personal Trainer and taught group movement classes until I really figured out the path I wanted to take.
For four years, I sat with the burning question of where I was going to take my passion and how I was going to turn it into a career I really wanted.

Therapeutic Massage Integration: Everyone who comes in for a treatment, will require a slightly different therapeutic approach, because each body responds differently to various massage modalities.
I use my knowledge, experience, and observational skills to tailor each treatment to maximize the desired results.
I do not believe in separating each massage modality into categories and separate treatments because when integrated all together, each modality compliments the other, and delivers a much more powerful result than when they are used separately.
